Shipping Policy


Due to COVID-19, carrier delays may apply. These delays are not the responsibility of Shakti & Shanti.

Please allow 2-3 business days for your order to be processed. It may take up to 48 hours for the carrier to update your tracking number. (USPS, DHL and Canada Post.) All orders are shipped with a tracking number, which is emailed to you upon your order being processed. We use Canada Post for Canadian orders, USPS for US orders, and DHL for international orders. 

The estimated delivery times for ‘USPS Priority Mail’ and ‘Canada Post Express’ Shipping is 2-3 business days once you have received the shipping confirmation with a tracking number. These times are supplied by service providers and we are not responsible for items arriving after that time frame. USPS orders are occasionally subject to delays at the border; please plan your urgent orders accordingly.

Shipping in the United States

  • Free tracked shipping over $75 (before taxes).

  • Standard shipping rates will apply to all orders under $75

  • Please review your tracking number which is sent to you upon shipping

  • There is no duty for US and CAD orders under $800

  • If your order is urgent, please select the fastest shipping option 


International Shipping  (Shipping outside the United States)

  • International shipments are responsible for any additional fees (such as taxes/duties/brokerage fees) upon arrival of the package. These fees are controlled by the destination country - not Shakti and Shanti.

  • Shakti and Shanti does not cover duty fees

  • Please review your tracking number supplied to you via email to locate the whereabouts of your order.  

  • Shipping charges are non-refundable

  • COD returns not accepted

  • We are not to be held respobsible for lost or stolen packages

  • Holidays may cause a delay in shipping

Return and Refund Policy

Shakti & Shanti guarantees that making a return or exchange will never have a negative impact on your power or your peace. We strive to make our returns and exchanges as painless as possible and offer several options to ensure you are happy. 

Returns & Exchanges

  • Items with tags removed or that have been worn, may not be returned/exchanged

  • Unworn and originally-tagged items may be returned or exchanged within fourteen (14) days of the delivery with the following conditions:

    • All merchandise must be unwashed, unworn or unused 

    • All hangtags must be attached to the product

  • Buyer assumes full responsibility for return/exchange shipping

  • Charges incurred for original shipping will not be refunded

  • Buyer will receive a refund for a return minus all shipping charges.

  • Refunds will only be given upon receipt of merchandise from Shakti and Shanti. Upon receipt, please allow us 5 business days to process your return.

  • Promo discounts and the value of any free gift will be deducted from the amount of your refund.

  • If the price of an item drops within 24 hours of purchase we will provide a refund of the difference to your original payment method if you notify us

  • If the price of an item drops within 7 days of purchase we will provide store credit for the difference if you notify us

  • INTERNATIONAL RETURNS - Please reach out to questions: to begin your international return. All international returns are responsible for scheduling their own shipping and all charges incurred including duty and taxes.

*We will not accept returns that are sent COD. Items rejected at delivery will be charged the shipping fee.*

Broken Malas

If your mala breaks within 6 months of purchase, please fill out the form below with the following information:

  • Order number and your name

  • Image of the product

  • Description of what happened (so we can prevent it from happening again!)

Faulty Items

Natural variances in the gemstones is not considered a manufacturing fault, however, if you do receive a product that has a manufacturer's defect (not damaged in shipping)  please fill out the form below to arrange a pre-paid return postage label. We will replace the item if it is or refund you upon return.
